Stafford House has begun a housing development project on Oakland Avenue that will address the need for affordable housing in the North End neighborhood.  Plans are underway to create a multi-use commercial development that will include loft apartments, retail businesses and a technology training center.  Revitalization of our neighborhood is a high priority for our organization and we are committed to bringing all of the available resources to bear in this important endeavor.
