Since 1955, Neighborhood Service Organization (NSO) has been serving our most vulnerable neighbors by responding to the unmet needs of low-income families in the city of Detroit. NSO programs serve the homeless, children and adults with developmental disabilities, and seniors with mental illness. Our 360 Neighborhood Wellness Centers provide integrated healthcare including behavioral and primary care in one convenient location.
