The mission of the YMCA is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
The YMCA is a 175-year-old non-profit organization committed to healthy living, youth development and social responsibility. As a pillar in twenty-five Connecticut towns and cities, the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA is serving all regardless of their ability to pay. In rising times of expense and need, the CCC Y has answered the call for over 6,000 families who require financial aid to cover the program costs.
We at the YMCA believe in being the catalyst for change in our communities, in our nation and in our world. With your support, we are able to offer $3 million dollars in financial aid to these youth, these adults and their families. We thank you for your contribution and look forward to a continued partnership.
For decades, the YMCA Mission has been the foundation of our work. Here at the CCCYMCA, we serve through twelve branches and twenty-five towns and cities. As far south as the Fairfield YMCA in Fairfield, CT to far north at the Soundview Family YMCA in Branford, CT and west in Mt. Washington, MA at the YMCA Camp Hi Rock, we honor our four core values of CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT & RESPONSIBILITY.
At the Y, we believe in Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
