The purpose of the Plainville Rotary Foundation, Inc. (Foundation) is to raise and distribute funds and conduct other activities for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended. It is not organized for the private gain of any person. Distributed funds can be in the form of completing projects, providing grants or awarding scholarships to organizations or individuals which benefit the community of Plainville and other communities worldwide.
