Hi Houston friends,
We’re doing something a little different and a little fun.
Texas 2036 is participating in Birdies for Charity through the Texas Children’s Houston Open, which means every donation made to support our work gets a guaranteed 5% match. Your gift literally goes further just by being part of this program.
Why are we in it?
Because Houston matters. The future of Texas is being shaped in this region every day in your schools, workforce, infrastructure, and communities, and we’re excited to be part of a program that brings Houston nonprofits together in one big, high-energy moment.
It’s an easy way to support data-driven solutions for Texas and help us grow our presence with Houston leaders and partners.
If you’d like to be part of it, 👉 click the DONATE button above.
Donate and submit your guess for how many birdies will be made during the 2026 Texas Children’s Houston Open.
Correct guess wins a Suite Night at an Astros game!
Remember that every donation receives a 5% bonus match, delivered directly to our organization by the Astros Golf Foundation. No extra steps required from you! Your gift is tax-deductible and fully benefits our mission.
Donate by March 31st to guarantee the 5% bonus match. And tune in to the Texas Children's Houston Open on March 26th-29th to join the fun!
Thanks for being part of our Texas 2036 community and for helping us show up in Houston in a new way.
Texas 2036 is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public policy organization building long-term, data-driven strategies to secure Texas' continued prosperity through the state's bicentennial and beyond. Our four main areas of impact are Workforce of the Future (education & workforce development), Infrastructure for Growth (water, energy, and resiliency), Foundations for Prosperity (health care, child care, and housing affordability), and Government Performance & Accountability. Funds raised through Birdies for Charity will be used in the Houston-area to support collaborations, presentations, partnerships, and meetings used to disseminate information to the community.
