More About Clothed by Faith

Clothed by Faith began in 2013 in the garage of our founder, Abi Fourie, with a simple mission: to demonstrate God’s love by providing a week’s worth of clothing—free of charge—to anyone in need. Each clothing pack includes carefully selected outfits, shoes, new underwear, and socks, lovingly prepared to ensure dignity and comfort for every child and adult we serve.

Today, we operate two branches in Katy and Deer Park and partner with over 100 agencies and 21 school districts across Greater Houston. In 2024 alone, we served 19,118 individuals through our Agency Partnership Program and School Partnership Program.

👕 How Our Programs Work

• Agency Partnership Program
  We work with 116 nonprofit agencies serving clients facing domestic violence, homelessness, refugee resettlement, incarceration, mental health challenges, and more. In 2024, we provided clothing to 10,259 children and adults through this program.
• School Partnership Program
  We partner with 317 schools across 21 districts to support students and families in need. In 2024, we served 6,288 people through online school requests.
• Closets for Schools
  We also stock on-campus clothing closets in select schools, allowing staff to respond immediately when a student needs support. These closets are filled with gently used clothing, shoes, new socks, and underwear—ready to meet urgent needs with dignity and care. In 2024, 2,571 students received clothing through this program.
