Soldier On is a 501©3 private non-profit organization dedicated to ending homelessness among veterans. Since 1994, Soldier On has been providing veterans with transitional and emergency housing with services delivered to them where they live. These services include case management, medical and dental care coordination, addiction and mental health treatment services, financial literacy, and transportation.

Soldier On has a mobile door-to-door outreach campaign, Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) assisting veterans and their families who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless throughout the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. The program provides in-home case management, referral services, and temporary financial assistance for housing to veterans facing homelessness.

Soldier On provides safe, affordable, sustainable, housing solutions to homeless and at-risk veterans. Soldier On’s housing model includes an array of support services to ensure veteran residents maintain successful occupancy. The comprehensive services include on-site support, case management, transportation, wellness, legal assistance, and End-of-Life services. Soldier On currently provides over 400 veterans with these services within multiple affordable housing facilities throughout New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts.
