Nestled in the heart of Litchfield County, CT, Wellspring offers a nurturing and home-like treatment center for adolescent girls and young adult women struggling with mental health and relational issues.  Our residents are bright and creative individuals with a complicated diagnostic picture that prevents them from maintaining healthy relationships. Our on campus college-prep therapeutic school is licensed by the State of Connecticut and approved by the states of New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Over the years, some parents have become strong supporters of our mission, with a handful joining our Board of Directors. 

Wellspring is a wonderful place. Our daughter's therapist understood what she was going through in ways we could not, and helped us understand.  And during her time time there, she attended school and realized how much she loves learning, made friends and even found a special connection to nature while participating in the land and animal program.  Wellspring will always hold a special place in our heart, Wellspring Parent
