The Mark Twain House & Museum fosters an appreciation of the legacy of Mark Twain as one of our nation’s defining cultural figures, and demonstrates the continuing relevance of his work, life, and times.  In furtherance, the museum is committed to preserving, and making accessible to the public, the landmark Mark Twain House and the museum’s historic collections, and to serving as an educational and cultural resource for people of all ages and backgrounds.
