A Kinder Ground Nonprofit was founded by two retired teachers; one special education teacher and one elementary school teacher with the idea of benefitting young adults who are differently-abled.  We formed a comprehensive group of people who are passionate and community minded. We are raising funds to build a small café in our community where these special, delightful and deserving young adults can have a supportive environment to develop their social, educational and job skills.

A Kinder Ground Nonprofit is made up of a well-rounded group of dedicated volunteers seeking to provide opportunities for educational, job and social skill development for young adults who are differently-abled. Too many of these special young adults are sitting at home when they should be in the community shining for all to see. We are creating a small café that will be supportive of that mission. We are grateful for any financial support that we receive.
