Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center Through June 25!

Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center is a non-profit that depends on kind donors like you to bring arts, culture, music, and more to the Farmington Valley. Behind-the-scenes expenses for live entertainment add up quickly, and you can help offset the costs by donating online now through June 25 through this special Travelers Championship Birdies for Charity promotion. It's a win-win situation because thanks to Webster Bank, your donation will be matched 15%!

Simsbury Meadows is the state’s second-largest outdoor venue, with a capacity of 10,000. In 2022 and 2021, Simsbury Meadows has been voted Best Concert Venue first runner-up in the Hartford Courant's Best of Hartford Awards.

Each year, over 40,000 patrons pass through our gates for events like the beloved and long-running Talcott Mountain Music Festival and world-class performances in classical music, pop, country, and jazz, as well as family programming, festivals, athletic events, races, and markets. 2023's outstanding lineup includes Little River Band, Juneteeth Celebration, Circus Smirkus, The Little Mermen Ultimate Disney Tribute Band, the Nutmeg Ukulele Festival, and more.

But all this can’t happen without help from the public.

It's costly to provide the entertainment our audiences want and deserve on our stage and field. We work hard to keep ticket prices low and are fortunate to have dedicated volunteers helping at our events. But the behind-the-scenes expenses add up fast:

● Lighting the stage for only one concert costs $2,500.
● Sound for a small free community show costs us $1,000.
● Safety and security for our largest shows can run as high as $30,000.
● Artist fees, port-a-potty cleaning, shuttle rentals -- all essential, yet expensive.

If you would prefer to mail in your donation please print the DONATION FORM and mail your donation in prior to June 25, 2023!

Thank You!

You can help make Simsbury Meadows Performing Arts Center a place to be proud of and a place where you can make memories for generations to come. Thank you for helping keep live entertainment alive!
