Our Piece of the Pie (OPP) has been serving the Greater Hartford community for the better part of 48 years. 

OPP offers services in personal development, academic achievement, and workforce readiness.  Youth enrolled in OPP services are paired with a caring individual, (Youth Development Specialist).  Together, they create an individualized success plan based on the youths' personal goals and needs, removing barriers and obstacles to success.

Every year, OPP serves 800+ young people.  In 2022, OPP paid out $1.8 million in youth wages and performed 51,700+ hours of Community Service Learning Projects. 215 young people made educational progress, and 205 young people completed Career Competency Development Training (CCDT).
