The Middletown Rotary Charitable Fund, Inc., supports numerous local programs and services serving the Middletown, Connecticut community consistent with the mission of Rotary International to provide services to others, promote integrity and advance world understanding, goodwill and peace.

Examples of programs and services supported throughout the Middletown, Connecticut community include, but are not limited to, the following:

-Annual Turkey Drive and delivery of Thanksgiving meals to the home-bound.

-Annual Youth Scholarship Program, awarding student community service and scholarship.

-"Tools of the Trades" Annual Award Program providing tool kits to vocational high school students.

-"Service Above Self" Youth service recognition awards (Donation goes to community organization).

-Community Assistance and Service Projects.

-Community Grant Programs.

-Literacy Programs.

-Funding for Youth Exchange and Youth Leadership Programs.

-Sponsorship of Youth Interact Clubs (which focus on community service).

-High School "Student of the Month" Recognition for local high school students.


Some examples of International Projects supported include:

-Polio Plus Eradication Initiative.

-Clean Water Projects.

-Disaster Relief.


Following the motto of "Service Above Self," Rotary members end each meeting reciting "The Four Way Test" which guides their personal and professional relationships:
