Animal Justice League (AJL) is a 501(c)3 tax exempt dog and cat rescue organization with a focus in Oak Forest and surrounding neighborhoods of Houston, TX.  We are ran solely by volunteers.  We rely on fosters, adopters, donations, and most importantly, community support to make it all happen.  Our purpose is to rescue and care for stray and homeless dogs and cats, raise funds to assist with medical expenses, foster and place animals in loving and suitable adoptive homes, and educate the public about proper care of animals, and the importance of spay and neuter.
