Hearts With Hope Foundation

Hearts with Hope Foundation (HWHF) is a licensed, accredited, 24-hour, non-profit 501(c)3 dedicated to serving at-risk children and adolescents in the foster care system. HWHF’s General Residential Operation (GRO) and Transitional Living Program serves girls ages 7-23. These children and youth may have been victims of abuse, neglect, substance abuse, or family crisis situations. Our purpose is to provide supports and services that empower at-risk children, equip families, and transform lives that benefit healthy, productive communities. We serve children in crisis regardless of their race, religion, or national origin.

More Details

Community commitment is the most effective tool for changing these statistics. Since 2007, Hearts with Hope Foundation has served over 1,200 youth in the foster care system. We are pioneers in providing evidence-based, trauma-informed solutions to our direct care team and the community. With your support, we can double our capacity to serve more youth and families in our region and across the state with the addition of the Learning Center.

Our services include therapeutic mental and physical health programs, relational skills training, and behavioral health services that promote recovery from the developmental impacts of acute or chronic childhood trauma. With the Learning Center, HWHF is extending our focus to long-term transformation and success by offering vocational trades development, life skills training, and transitional work towards adult independence.
