MESA-OUTREACH, INC. is dedicated to fostering a nourished and empowered community in Northwest Harris County. Through compassionate assistance programs and connections to vital resources, we strive to alleviate hunger, promote education, and uplift individuals and families.

At MESA, we believe in strengthening our community by meeting essential needs and creating opportunities for growth. Through our Food Pantry, we provide families facing food insecurity with nutritious staples, frozen meats, breads, and fresh produce. Through our Scholarship Program, we invest in the future by awarding renewable scholarships to graduating seniors who continue their education while maintaining academic success. With Books to Kids, we encourage a love of reading by placing books directly into the hands of children, giving them the tools to learn and dream beyond the classroom.

Together, these programs reflect our mission to walk alongside individuals on the road to self-sufficiency, while fostering a true sense of dignity, hope, and belonging for every member of our community.
