More Details

The Michael Bolton Charities has been dedicated to assisting children and women at risk from domestic abuse and violence, since its founding nearly 30 years ago. Our efforts have been characterized by Michael Bolton’s active involvement and commitment, including Congressional testimony advocating for the Violence Against Women Act. Our mission hasn’t wavered through all these years – to make a difference in people’s lives, support organizations on the frontlines of the struggle against domestic violence, and to give women and children dealing with trauma a real chance for a better life.  Through advocacy, research, collaboration, and advancing promising programs, such as the groundbreaking Beyond Trauma: Youth Music Therapy/Andie Koplik Residency Program launched in New Haven and New London, The Michael Bolton Charities works to achieve positive outcomes in the healing process.
